Joel Kotkin Predicts the Next Boom Towns

Over at his New Geography site, Joel Kotkin handicaps the future prospects for the top 50 metro areas in the U.S.  Sadly, Minneapolis limps in at 33rd place.  And it's not just a matter of being outpaced by sun belt cities:  Indianapolis ranks 11th, Columbus 13th and Kansas City is at 25.
