A "Breakthrough" on the Climate Debate?

In an effort to move the climate debate onto more useful ground, the Hartwell group has issued a report on
"Climate Pragmatism: Innovation, Resilience and No Regrets".  The group of 14 writers includes both principals of the Breakthrough Institute as well as Steven Hayward of Power Line blog and the American Enterprise Institute.
 
Although I don't think we should shut down all of America's coal plants, I believe moving the discussion away from global climate treaties to more practical work on innovation and adaptation is the right move.
