The Budget Debate: David Strom in the Wall Street Journal (Updated and Bumped)

My friend David Strom has an opinion piece coming out in this weekend's edition of The Wall Street Journal on the end of Minnesota's budget stalemate.  Entitled "Minnesotans Shrug Off the Shutdown" it is now in the subscription only part of the Journal's website.  I'll include some choice quotes once my paper copy arrives tomorrow.
