Government 2.0

On his blog, Walter Russell Mead links to this New York Times article on efforts to remake government (Government 2.0).

Here in Minnesota, a group of Republican legislators are working on an effort they call Reform "2.0" to remake state government.  For their troubles, all they have received is mockery and snubs.

Those who are concerned with the cost of government should join forces with those who are concerned with the continuation of government services to make this work.
