The Boundaries of Science

As the 2012 Presidential election heats up, the question of "science" will be heard more and more.  Yesterday, on Minnesota Public Radio, Kerri Miller hosted an hour on the subject of "science meets politics".  It was more of the usual Republican/Conservative/Tea Party bashing.

A more useful take on the subject is offered by Jim Manzi in National Review Online who explores the "boundaries of science."  Much of what is offered up as "science" is, in fact, no such thing.
