That's what the U.S. EPA is up to with its crusade against coal power. The Wall Street Journal is calling for a moratorium on the EPA's regulatory frenzy. Strong stuff from the WSJ on the agency's plans to shut down 8 percent of America's generating capacity,
"In practice, this will mean blackouts and rolling brownouts, as well as spiking rates for consumers. If a foreign power or terrorists wiped out 8% of U.S. capacity, such as through a cyber attack, it would rightly be considered an act of war."
