I frequently hear or read that we [conservatives/Republicans/tea party-types] need someone to step forward as a leader. I disagree. I believe that the power that our movement--an in particular, the Tea Party--has enjoyed the past two years is because we do not have a single person that the opposition and the media can tear down.
Since Mikey Kaus moved to The Daily Caller, I have been paying more attention to that site. So see Adam Salmon for a different view on the issue.
