KSTP--Ch. 5--On Inverted Block Rates Bill

Last night, the local ABC affiliate--KSTP-5--ran a report on the bill introduced by state Sen. Michelle Benson (R-Ham Lake) to repeal inverted block rate pricing for natural gas service (Senate File 817).
